Morgan and Mindy are New Orleans hairstylists with a strong love for the natural wellness our planet provides.

As a second generation hair stylist, Morgan Taylor deeply understands the relationship between hair + wellness. While being born and raised in New Orleans, Morgan began her hair career in Los Angeles studying at Paul Mitchell and received her barbering license shortly after. As a lifelong learner, Morgan was intrigued with how to style, cut, and color “hair like her’s”. She then continued her education in multiple different ways to become a certified Natural/ Curly Hair Specialist. Morgan continues to learn and challenge the defining standard of what beauty is. Morgan has found her passion in helping countless women fall in love with their hair and embrace their curls and kinks. 

Mindy Hobley is Co-Founder of USE Haircare as well as Founder of Ringletts Salon since 2005. A beauty industry expert, curly hair connoisseur, entrepreneur, and business mentor who works not only behind the chair, but with beauty school graduates + women-owned small businesses. Mindy believes "hair is not a race and should be cared for just as fine fabric". 

After spending over 33 years in the beauty industry, Mindy's experience led her to formulate her own recipes for all natural textures. "Morgan and I understood how we wanted curls to look and feel." We were tired of the waxy silicone promises made from big companies, that only dried hair out". 

As the journey continues to further open the minds of all people to accepting their natural hair Morgan and Mindy strives to encourage and inspire those to love themselves even more than more.
